Alignment
Some laser users and operators can have issues when it comes to getting their laser tubes perfectly aligned. If your tube isn’t aligned perfectly then you will be losing cutting power and have issues using the entire cutting area with consistant results.
Here at The Laser Hut we have years of experience in getting this process right. We have aligned laser machines for several customers with perfect results. Sadly we don’t align K40 machines but we will work on anything larger. We have experience of Blue & White 50s right up to dual head 1800 x 1200 machines and larger.
To us the process is very logical and straight forward but to some operators this process can seem difficult at best and impossibly frustrating at worst.

Tube Replacement
If you require a tube replacement we can supply, fit and align all for one charge. We can arrive with the tube, remove the old one, fit the new tube, align the new tube and test for new cutting parameters. Once again use our contact page to get in touch.
Laser Power Check
We now use a co2 laser tube power meter to give a full check of your power to your laser head. This can give a good insight in to your tube health and or quality.
